Essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 resultado de diversos fatores, como o alto valor das terras, que s\u00e3o mais adequadas para o cultivo de gr\u00e3os, e a log\u00edstica complicada devido \u00e0 perecibilidade dos produtos e \u00e0s grandes dist\u00e2ncias internas. Al\u00e9m disso, o clima seco, que se estende por seis meses, exige sistemas de irriga\u00e7\u00e3o que nem todos os produtores possuem.<\/p>\n<p>A falta de incentivo \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o local e a prefer\u00eancia por culturas voltadas para exporta\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o apontadas como causas principais da escassez. O secret\u00e1rio de desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico do estado, Jos\u00e9 Pedro Serafini, destaca que a log\u00edstica e o clima s\u00e3o grandes obst\u00e1culos para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o interna de hortifruti.<\/p>\n<h2>Oportunidade de Neg\u00f3cio<\/h2>\n<p>Diante dessa car\u00eancia, Vanessa Cristine de Souza, uma empres\u00e1ria de Minas Gerais, viu uma oportunidade e, junto com seu esposo, inaugurou uma distribuidora de frutas, verduras e legumes em Sinop.
